I’m going to break with About Page tradition and tell you what I’m not:
I’m not a size 8
Super flexible
A vegan
An earth mother
I am however a runner, sea-swimmer, gin-lover, mum to three (two humans and one canine), Associate Director and a big believer that yoga gives us all we need to befriend our minds and accept our beautiful bodies - whatever their size and shape.
(I’m also super clumsy - how many yoga teachers would admit that?)
Everything I am I bring to my class, so expect lovely slow flows, guided meditations, community spirit and the occasional stumble when getting into eagle pose!
